Inspire and stretch your workforce with our creative workouts
Workouts are short bursts of activity designed to engage participants with the key behaviours required for creative collaboration. Each workout lasts approximately 60 minutes. They are fast paced, high energy sessions full of fun exercises and practical tips.

Participants will have fun as well as learning the key behaviours for effective collaboration.  Each participant will take away from every workout a series of practical tools and techniques that they can apply to their every day working lives. 

Workouts are particularly effective for groups of people where time is pressured. We compress a significant amount of learning into 60 minutes. We can accommodate group sizes from 15 up to 150 and these typically take place in offices.
