A tailored collaborative leadership development programme designed to provide both an opportunity for personal development and a chance to make a real difference to the future of the organisation.
Cross-functional project teams work together to tackle a real ‘future proofing’ organisational issue that is sponsored by an Executive Director. The programme aims to challenge and stimulate individuals to generate actionable ideas, and develop their collaborative leadership potential.
The programme can be targeted at various different leadership levels including senior, high potential or future leaders. It can also be used with combined leadership levels with varying degrees of experience.
The programme both stretches and supports leaders to accelerate their business performance through creative collaboration and prepares them for future career development. Participants also receive feedback and mentoring designed to help them focus on the key behaviours that are important to highly effective collaborative leaders.
