It brings graduates from partnering organisations together for 24 hours to generate ideas to a real strategic challenge from a Senior Director of a charity.
It is open to graduates within each partner company. Graduate Ideathon provides graduates with the opportunity to mix with & learn from similarly bright peers from other businesses and sectors.
Each session provides a framework for graduates to develop their creative collaboration skills. The graduates interact with peers from other organisations and experience new ways of working together to solve complex challenges. They also receive a personal assessment and feedback phone call on how to apply their learning and generate ideas more effectively with others.
Graduate Ideathon is a very flexible concept and can be tailored to meet specific graduate development requirements.
