A twelve month long collaboration involving experienced leaders from six dynamic organisations - British Airways, British Red Cross, Everything Everywhere, GSK, Visa Europe and Waitrose.
The Collaboration Project looks at important personal leadership challenges including courage, trust, creative collaboration, unpredictability, vitality and accomplishment.
The Collaboration Project connects leaders from very different backgrounds who bring fresh perspectives on personal leadership challenges.
The programme is open to established leaders with responsibility for business growth through functional or divisional teams.
The Collaboration Project will provide leaders with new perspectives on how they can shine as a leader. It's a source of refreshment, ideas and encouragement to enable leaders to reach their potential and unleash the best in the people around them.
