Overview of Account Executive
- You are brilliant at making things happen; with guidance from your Project Manager you will organise a wide variety of events and workshops.
- You will work very closely with our experienced Project Managers to deliver our collaboration projects on time, on budget and to the very highest standard
possible.
- You’ll gain the experience and exposure to our wide range of blue chip clients and learn how to develop excellent client relationship building skills.
- You’ll need a 2:1 degree (ideally in business, psychology or sociology).
- Above all, you will positively thrive when put under pressure to deliver.

- You love working with people and are really interested in understanding what makes people tick.
- You are happy to get up early and stay out late when needed to help with the smooth running of your project when it goes live and comfortable with travelling
to sessions around the UK.
- You know how to prioritise a wide range of different tasks, plan, coordinate and meet incredibly tight deadlines.
- You can stay calm and controlled while juggling lots of different projects and spinning lots of plates.
- You love working with people and are really interested in understanding what makes people tick.
What does an Account Executive do?
- You will be involved in many aspects of the day to day running of a small but very busy business that has ambitious growth plans.
- You plan and manage the logistics for our projects including client liaison, participant preparation, venue management and catering.
- You will learn all about collaboration and the skills and behaviours required; we will train and develop you so you have the ability to assess our participants
on their skills.
- You ensure that each and every one of our clients have an stimulating and inspirational experience every time they work with us.

Salary Information
This is initially a 12 month contract with great potential for permanent employment. You will enjoy a salary of up to £18k. You will receive thorough ‘on the job’ training, working alongside a dedicated, fun team in a young and dynamic company that is committed to its future. Our offices are based in rural Leicestershire, therefore your own transport is essential.
