We work with organisations to increase their collaboration capability – boosting the collaborative skills of people at all levels, from the leadership team through to the whole of the organisation.
One of the increasingly important sources of growth is the ability of people in all parts of the organisation to be able to collaborate effectively to create new opportunities and solve problems. When collaboration flourishes, the day to day and longer term performance of an organisation rises to a whole new level.
We deliver facilitated training programmes to highlight the skills and techniques that we have been applying successfully to real-life collaboration projects for clients. We only preach what we practice – simple, straightforward, practical learnings that are grounded in experience.
All the programmes are very experiential and interactive. They are based upon what works in the real-world of collaboration. All of our programmes are based on our development model of working together on a real challenge, assessment and support.

Ideathon For 24 hours we bring together highly valued people from private, public, social and arts sectors to generate new thinking for a charity. It is live action learning and provides a creative space for people to explore their collaboration skills and generate ideas that will change people’s lives.
Challenge24 A unique collaborative leadership development initiative between a select group of organisations. It provides leaders with real experience of the interconnected business, social, environmental, political and cultural challenges we face today.
CollabLab Raising enthusiasm and awareness around collaboration. Sharing learnings on collaborative leadership, attitudes, behaviours and conditions.
Tailor-made Leadership Development We are happy to tailor courses to the individual needs of clients. Courses can be structured from our extensive library of modular materials, written to order or a combination of both.
Facilitation Skills Training Our experiential learning sessions enable us to share our active collaboration facilitation skills and ensure facilitators can maximise the collaborative potential of teams and groups.
