A Hot Group is designed to inspire people to think together in a time efficient, powerfully creative and cost effective way. It unleashes the collective intelligence of
a group to generate fresh solutions and solve complex problems.

We often invite subject matter experts to lend their particular perspective and knowledge to the issue.
Every work session is a tailored facilitated process designed to help you release and create your individual and team insights and imagination.

We have developed our own method which we call Active Collaboration and we are a certified LEGO Serious Play Partner which enables us to apply the LEGO Serious Play methodology to relevant projects.
 
You and your group gain insight, understanding, and clarity around the challenge or opportunity that you are all facing. The session empowers you to make effective decisions and do so with confidence and commitment.
 
All workshops are group processes designed around some powerful core concepts.
 
Questions that matter: Generating and focussing on the real issues that matter to the group.

of stimulating imagination. Play can be the context in which risks can be taken, the unimaginable can be imagined without fear, and the unattainable can be realised without hesitation.
