Feedback, reflection and support :

All of our training programmes are designed to help people develop their collaboration skills.

They also provide the chance for leaders to reflect deeply on their own collaborative abilities and their potential to inspire others to collaborate more effectively.

Participants can receive targeted feedback on their own collaboration skills. Much of the learning comes from other participants and colleagues and there is access to our experts over and above the particular sessions.

Participants review their own progress and record their own impressions, learning and discoveries stimulated by the programme.

There is also a feedback session to help participants to really understand the changes they are going to make as a result of their experience and how to implement them. Participants are coached in how to link their experiences directly back into making a greater impact in their team and organisation.
